With Taste of Italy 2016 kicks off partnership with Relais & Châteaux Italia

Renewed the partnership with Relais & Châteaux Italia, which includes in the Taste of Italy 2016 volume (click here for the online browsable version) the presence of Zafferano with a full-length page dedicated to Bilia, and the participation, as a partner for convivial moments, in the national convention scheduled from March 13 to 16. This second edition of Taste of Italy, published by Relais & Châteaux, is a passionate travel narrative full of insights and suggestions formulated by exceptional ambassadors: chefs and Maître de Maison of the 45 Italian mansions of the Association reveal in a volume the secrets of an Italy to be browsed, savoring page after page of its excellences, its flavors and its knowledge. The realization of the Taste of Italy project was also made possible thanks to the participation of other partners who, like Relais & Châteaux and together with us, cultivate a passion for excellence in all its forms and enhance raw materials, territories and intangible resources such as time by transforming them into unique opportunities for meeting, discovering and celebrating the art de vivre: Blancpain, BMW, Bulthaup, Consorzio del Prosciutto di San Daniele, Moët & Chandon, Nespresso, S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, Silversea and Vranken-Pommery.
