We only accept orders for delivery to the national territories indicated in the options on the order form.

We issue invoices for shipped materials only upon explicit request sent by the customer to eshop@zafferanoitalia.com before the order is placed.
The invoice will be issued based on the information provided by the customer at the time of the order, including company details (company name, billing and shipping address, tax code, VAT number, unique code, email, and phone number).
After issuance, invoices cannot be modified. Otherwise, the sale will be treated as a distance sale, where a fiscal receipt is not required.

We ship the products ordered by the Customer, by courier within 3 business days after acceptance of the order.
Delivery is usually within 4 to 5 business days.
The times given for receipt of goods are approximate.
At certain times of the year, due to high demand, there may be delays in shipping orders.

In the event of non-delivery to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the goods will be placed in storage at the warehouses of the appointed carrier.

Upon delivery:
- Verify that the number of packages matches the transport document.
- Check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet or altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
- If you notice damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the order, immediately report it by writing "CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE SUBJECT TO CHECK" on the courier’s delivery receipt. Once the document is signed, no claims can be made regarding the external condition of the delivered goods.

Shipping costs are charged based on the following rates:
- Free shipping in Italy for orders over 49€; for orders below this amount, the shipping cost is 9.50€.
- Free - for orders over 99€ - in the following foreign countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium,Spain (excluding islands), France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Hungary, and Slovenia; below this amount, costs are 15€;
- Fixed shipping cost of 25€ to Finland, Portugal, Romania, Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia;
- Fixed shipping cost of 30€ to Greece (excluding islands), Bulgaria, Croatia (excluding islands), and Ireland;
- Shipping costs fixed at 45€ to Sweden.
Zafferano Srl reserves the right to decline orders for delivery to islands or remote locations.

Place it on the charging base, similar to a cordless phone.
The base and charging cable are included with the lamp.

It recharges via the special charger with 3.5/1.3 connector, available as an accessory to be ordered separately.
It can also be charged by placing it on its docking and charging station, which must be connected to the charger.

We recommend charging the lamp when it turns off or, if the model provides for it, when the light signal appears indicating a low battery level.
For specific information about your model, please refer to the instructions provided with the product.

The Poldina, Sister Light Wi-Fi, Pina, Pencil, and Swap models are equipped with electronic monitoring systems that indicate when the battery is running low and when it is completely discharged.
Other models do not provide an alert for when they need to be recharged. However, it is recommended to charge the lamp after 6 to 8 hours of use or when, at 100% brightness, the light
output starts to dim.

No, if done occasionally.
However, we recommend not leaving the lamp on the charging base for long periods while it remains under voltage, especially when the full charge LED is on (green or blue light, depending on the model).

The standard lifespan is approximately 450 full charge cycles. However, this may decrease if:
- An unsuitable charger is used.

Yes, Zafferano rechargeable lamps have lithium batteries that can be replaced.

The battery warranty covers only manufacturing defects, which become apparent upon first use.
