Zafferano's new collaboration, as a technical partner, with the Scuola de La Cucina Italiana, an important reference point in the panorama of Italian cuisine, begins in January 2016. Further confirmation of its role is the collaboration with the School of some of the most important Companies directly or indirectly connected to the world of cooking and food, all characterized by the highest quality of products. The partnership, in addition to synergistic communication activities, provides for the use of Zafferano glasses and goblets both during cooking courses for amateurs and professionals held at the School and during themed evenings held monthly in its restaurant hall, as well as at events on behalf of companies and promotional organized also at the School. The Scuola de La Cucina Italiana was founded in Milan in 1988, with the aim of becoming an operational and exchange meeting point between companies, consumers, catering and communication operators, promoting the spread of Italian food culture by enhancing its cuisine and products, in Italy and worldwide.
