Starting from January 1, 2025, Zafferano Lampes-à-porter and Zafferano Ailati Lights products will benefit from a warranty extension from 2 to 3 years (excluding the battery). With this initiative, Zafferano reaffirms its commitment to offering reliable products and assistance always ready to meet customer needs. The extension applies automatically to all purchases made starting from January 1 at no additional cost to the customer.
Conditions of the extended warranty:
1. Duration:
The warranty covers a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
2. Included products:
All models of Zafferano Lampes-à-porter and Zafferano Ailati Lights.
3. Coverage:
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that occur during proper use of the product. Batteries are excluded, for which the standard warranty provided by law applies, limited to manufacturing defects detectable upon first use.
