After the success of the winter edition, CARE’s arrives in Salina from 21 to 24 May. We will continue together on this journey from snow to sea, mountains to volcanoes, for this event that brings together international chefs, restaurant professionals, journalists and entrepreneurs for a discussion especially on the ethics that goes through sustainability, Care of the territory and protection of the environment. Themes in which we recognize and are happy to support, through the supply of our products. #summeredition 2017 by CARE’s: a new journey to a new destination, a culinary haven where ethical values will be expressed again at their best in the dishes and experiences of such a special place. 18 chefs from all over the world, 3 conferences, 16 speakers, all with the sole objective of uniting two territories apparently different but in truth similar, a unique scenario (the Dolomites and the archipelago of the Aeolian Islands are both UNESCO heritage) where the aim is to go beyond the "kitchen" theme to make sure that everyone is more sensitive and involved on the issue of sustainability in different, but often interconnected areas. CARE’s - The ethical Chef Days is the project conceived by Norbert Niederkofler, starred chef of the Restaurant St. Hubertus (Hotel Rosa Alpina in San Cassiano) and Paolo Ferretti, owner of the hmc communication agency in Bolzano, with the contribution of Giancarlo Morelli, Michelin-starred chef and patron of the Pomiroeu in Seregno. #CARE_s #EthicalChefDays
