It was made concrete by the participation in the press conference for the launch of Taste of Italy, new publication as guide of Relais & Châteaux to travel in Italy on the occasion of EXPO 2015, and at the national meeting of the 47 Italian Dimore, the recent partnership launched in 2015 by Zafferano with the prestigious Association of charming hotels and gourmet restaurants. Founded more than fifty years ago by the union of great hoteliers and talented chefs, Relais & Châteaux is an association that has become a reference point and excellence in the fields of catering and hospitality.
